Heyo! Welcome to the MENO Mistakes Blogcast! MENO mistakes is all about this one big question:
If you could go back in time to the beginning of your career, what piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Today we have on of my dear friends, Jimmy Jacobson – Co-Founder of Wedgies.com.
A few years back, Jimmy gave a demo of Wedgies for Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, who agreed to be their first investor. Jimmy has built and manages a product team at Wedgies that has powered event polling for The Whitehouse and for social dating app Tinder. Jimmy considers his greatest accomplishment so far to be making you say the word Wedgies at least 3 times while reading this blurb.
And one of my greatest accomplishments was competing with Jimmy Jacobson in a 500 mile bicycle relay race called Saints to Sinners. You really never understand how incredibly amazing and hysterical someone is until you pull an all nighter cycling through some of Utah’s and Nevada’s most incredible terrains. (That or those close proximities will help you uncover someone’s true douche-baggy self. Luckily for me, Jimmy is the latter).
